John H. Fuller is a professor of electrical at Prairie View A&M University. He has written numerous articles in scientific and professional journals in the field of engineering and is a member of the Prairie View Trailriders and the Western Heritage Multicultural Trailriders. He is also actively involved with the Seminole Negro Indian Scouts Cemetery Association in Brackettville, Texas.
